Rentsys Recovery Services started out as an equipment provider to companies during times of crisis. As they have begun focusing more on cloud services and data recovery a new website with a more up-to-date look was needed.
The new design puts a large focus on video testimonials from current Rentsys clients. These clients concisely explain Rentsys’ services using real-world examples.

Previous Rentys Recovery homepage. It was requested that many features, such as blog/news postings and the prominent slider, were brought over from this older design.
This new product, BlackVault, is the culmination of two years of transition from primarily physical recovery services to cloud-based recovery services. The information provided on the page is designed to give both a layman explanation of the service and enough technical information to assuage IT’s primary concerns.
The old website copy relied heavily on jargon and buzzwords. In many smaller and mid-sized companies Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity was not any one person’s primary focus, so translating the terms on the new site helped ease many clients into their role.
